Frequently Asked Question

• Go to the Video Log

Hit F10 on the DVR Keyboard
OR
You can click the button that is 3rd from the right, it is a page with a magnifying glass.

• Please wait for the Video Log to load, up to 2 minutes.
• Once the Video Log is loaded

Select the date and time(s) on list of what needs to be recorded. (To select multiple times hold ctrl on the keyboard for the DVR)

• Once the times are selected right click the times selected and choose Backup.

• It will bring up a menu, you want to check the top left two checkboxes Database files and Object Index

• Click Ok

• Insert a CD into the DVR

• Click ok on next screen once CD is inserted.

• It should begin burning Footage
